Students from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds often face hurdles in starting and then growing their professional careers, despite having adequate hard skills. We are starting a program to help such students develop their soft skills and better navigate the professional environment.
We facilitate agriculture in the space between and under solar panels in several of our ground-mounted solar plants, wherein water from the regular washing of solar panels is used to irrigate shade-loving crops. This boosts local farmers' incomes and also helps the environment.
Trees are arguably the best way to sequester carbon. Where possible, Talf Solar dedicates a portion of land on the northern periphery of its ground-mounted projects for tree plantation, and intends to undertake tree plantation efforts in other areas of India.
